3-Month Consulting Engagement

A structured three-month engagement designed to strengthen major gift systems and provide steady leadership guidance for nonprofit

organizations preparing for growth.

What's Included:

• Bi-weekly 60-minute advisory sessions
• Preparation and document review
• Clear priorities between meetings
• A practical 6–12-month roadmap.

How We Begin:

This extended engagement begins after a Fundraising Readiness Assessment, followed by a

30-minute Complimentary Discovery Call and, when appropriate, a 60-minute Executive Strategy Session.

Consulting Engagement and investment are discussed after the strategy process.

Is This the Right Time to Do This?

This consulting engagement is appropriate for organizations that:

• Have established revenue and are ready to strengthen major gift systems
• Want clear structure and accountability
• Prefer steady progress over reactive fundraising
• Are preparing for growth or campaign planning

If that describes your organization, the next step is a Fundraising Readiness Assessment followed by a 30-Minute Complimentary Executive Discovery Call.
