How Extroverts Survive and Thrive in the midst of COVID19.

Updated: Aug 9, 2020

Extroverts don't want to party non-stop. We too can enjoy a good book and laughs with a friend. The general difference between us and introverts, is how we recharge. We tend to feel great about life when we are spending time with interesting people who make us feel good about the world.

During these isolating times, there are things that we can do to keep up our spirits:

We can continue reaching out to our friends. FaceTime, Houseparty, Duo, Zoom, are all ways we can have the safe face to face interactions that we crave.

Use social media to share what's going on in our lives. There are things that we are doing that could be helpful to others, like sharing our review of our latest Netflix binge, a book we love or a piece of music that makes us feel happy or energized.

Just because we have to keep our distance, doesn't mean that we need to be alone.
